Do visit Berland Reservoir near Purvis Ponds, it's a scenic lake; a brilliant place to camp here at Purvis Ponds is Kirkland Campground. Going for a hike on the Cook Creek Trail is always a nice adventure; you'll stumble on a beautiful lake called Davis Spring Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.
