Not much rainfall falls here at Pop Lake; the month with most of the snow is December, and July is when it's the driest. Hiking along the Copper Creek Trail is magnificent fun. There's so much to do here at Pop Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Scenic Meadows RV Park is a fine spot for that. Pop Lake is a beautiful lake in the Wallowa Mountains. But wait, there's more exciting stuff to do in the Wallowa Mountains. Going       for a hike along the Trail Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; you can stay the night at Main Eagle Bridge Campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Wallowa Mountains. Getting to Pop Creek from Pop Lake is painless; lakes are such serene places, why not take a look at Cached Lake. The summit of Needle Point can be observed from Pop Lake; if you need a location to stay Baker City Super 8 Motel is a great choice. This                  lake is so wonderful.
