Oregon has many beautiful lakes and Plaza Lake is one of them. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Cascade Range. If you need a place to stay Whispering Woods (Vri) is a good choice; the sight of pretty Sheepshead Rock is perfect. These mountains rock, just look at all the fun stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. There is a glorious hiking trail in close proximity to Plaza Lake called the Coffman Camp Trail,

| | and the slopes of Mt. Hood Ski Bowl are so inviting noone can resist. Plaza Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. For the period of the summer highs here at Plaza Lake reach the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Plaza Lake dipping down into the 30's during winter nights. the driest month. Yeah, come here to Plaza Lake for a great time. Going for a hike on the Old Baldy Trail is always a glorious adventure; if you came for an overnight stay Frazier Fork Campground is a great spot to camp. This
lake is so wonderful. Near Plaza Lake you come across the Bonanza Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail, and camping is available at Shining Lake Campground. Resort at the Mountain is a good spot to get some rest, and while you're
here, you could also stop by pretty Salmon Lake. What would winter be without some skiing at Timberline Lodge. If you come at the right time of year, Clackamas River - Oak Grove Fork offers some great whitewater, and why not go
to nearby Plaza Creek if you're here at Plaza Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You'll hit upon a beautiful lake called Squaw Lakes near Plaza Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Roaring River.
