If you need a place to stay Portland-Days Inn South is a great choice; in close proximity to Lake Pidgeon you come across a golf course called Sah-Hah-Lee Golf Course Driving Range. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Tall Firs Mobile Home and RV Park is a tremendous place to do that, and why not a little side journey to Clear Creek.                  Lake Pidgeon gets a typical amount of rain; the month with most of the rain is December; the driest month is July.
