This place, Petrehn Reservoir, it definitely has so much outdoors cool stuff. Petrehn Reservoir is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Emigrant Lake is a brilliant local campground, and there are other locations here than Petrehn Reservoir, for example Lomoha Reservoir. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites MEDFORD-CENTRAL POINT; not far from Petrehn Reservoir you'll locate Lester James Reservoir Number 3 which is a beautiful

What would a place like Petrehn Reservoir be without out of the ordinary nearby features like Lower Table Rock, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Red Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Molby Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at; the vista of Upper Table Rock is beautiful. 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are frequently in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Petrehn Reservoir. If the weather is good here
at Petrehn Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Canyon Number Three Trail. Now, you may think that's a lot but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Siskiyou Mountains. Here at Petrehn Reservoir you'll probably
meet some folks from Medford, and tremendous water scenery is available at Duggan Dam close to Petrehn Reservoir. Petrehn Reservoir gets a normal amount of rain; most of the rain falls through December; July is the month with the
least moisture. And if that's not enough there's a heap more entertaining things to do in the Siskiyou Mountains. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Rogue River, and after a long day outdoors
Fairfield Inn & Suites Medford is a perfect location to spend a night or two. The Siskiyou Mountains scenery is always beautiful. If you came to camp Jackson County Parks and Rec is a nice site to do that; going for a hike along the Chicago Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood.

Mt. Ashland
 | 25 miles away 3 PHOTOS If you can ski Mt. Ashland, you can ski anywhere, is a boast locals in southern Oregon have made for 45 years. It is true; Mt. Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts. Twilight skiing on 10 runs is scheduled Thursday through Friday evenings beginning in late-December. The mountain prides itself on a warm and friendly atmosphere.
