Why not stop by Pear Lake if you're passing through these parts. This lake is located in the wonderful Southern Cascade Range. Through the summer months highs here at Pear Lake reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Pear Lake. Pear Lake gets a normal amount of yearly
rainfall; November is the wettest month with most rain, and July is when it's the driest. Swan Creek is a great location to stop by, and on a great day you can take a hike along the South Fork Trail. Christis Spring is an inspiring
spot to stop by while here. There's so much to do here at Pear Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Upper South Fork Campground is a good site for that.
