Here at Paulina Lake you can catch a sight of Central Pumice Cone, and don't leave Paulina Lake without first checking out Newberry Crater.; December is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is September. This lake is so wonderful. East Lake is a nearby lake that you could       pop by. For the period of the warm days of summer highs here at Paulina Lake reach the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Paulina Lake. Why not camp at North Cove Campground while you're here at Paulina Lake, and Deschutes River is a pleasant whitewater spot close by. Paulina Lake is not far at all from Bend; if you                  need a site to stay Sunriver Resort is a splendid choice. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. A good site to camp here at Paulina Lake is Warm Springs Campground, and Paulina Lake lays in the shadow of the Paulina Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.
