Why not camp at North Cove Campground if you're here at Paulina Lake, and if you need a place to stay The Pines at Sunriver is a good choice. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting things the area close to Paulina Lake has to offer. Paulina Lake is right by the Paulina Peak Trail, and one of the dominant traits of the surroundings of Paulina Lake is Central Pumice Cone. Paulina Lake is a location that is rather       arid usually; the month with most of the rain is December while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation. A wonderful close by hotel is Sunriver Resort, and Paulina Creek Falls is always fun to check out. You must undeniably stop at Newberry Crater since you're here at Paulina Lake, and the landscape is dominated by the Paulina Mountains. During the days of summer at Paulina Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's; all through summer                  nights temperatures are in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Paulina Lake temperatures descend to the 20's. During your journey to Paulina Lake you'll meet some folks from Bend for sure. This lake is so wonderful.
