Patterson Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Patterson Pond is a location that is rather dried out mostly; the month with most of the rain is November, and the driest of the months is July. So many fun things in the vicinity of Patterson Pond, just tremendous. Carpenter Pond is a nearby lake that you could visit; the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Big Springs. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Budget 8 Motel,

| | and if you came for an overnight stay Ray Cole Campground is a magnificent spot to camp.
There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Blue Mountains. Going for a hike along the Fawn Spring Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and if you're here and you like golf, you can stop at John Day Golf Club. High temperatures at Patterson Pond through the months of summer are in the 80's while nighttime lows are usually in the 40's. All | |

through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Patterson Pond temperatures drop to the 20's. Some of the water nearby flows, like Canyon Creek; on a good day you can take a hike
along the Canyon Mountain Trail.
While you're here at Patterson Pond you can take a hike along the Berry Creek Trail, and why not camp at Clyde Holliday while you're here at Patterson Pond. Patterson Pond is located in the Blue
Mountains. So much cool stuff to do in the Blue Mountains, not enough time. If you need a place to stay John Day Sunset Inn is a pleasant choice; close by you find brilliant places like Chimney Gulch.
