Go to Paragon Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. All the outdoors exciting stuff in the Southern Cascade Range will keep you coming back over and over. One of the dominant marks of the surroundings of Paragon Lake is Aspen Butte, and you can go for a hike on the Moss Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. | | the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Paragon Lake temperatures fall to the 10's. Man, is there plenty of amusing things to do close to Paragon Lake. Quality Inn Klamath Falls is a glorious site to get some rest, and wonderful hiking is available along the Varney Creek Trail. You're almost certainly addicted to lakes, Mystic Lake is one of those nearby, and White Pine Campground is a great local campground. | |

This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the South Pass Lake Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and if you came for an overnight stay Rocky Point Resort is a good site to camp. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone
but if it's for you then we recommend Klamath River, and while you're here why not take a look at South Pass. Paragon Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; most of the snow falls all through December, and the driest month is July.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Southern Cascade Range. A wonderful close by hotel is Klamath Falls Super 8 Motel. Lakes are nice; Hemlock Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Paragon Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Southern Cascade Range.
