    In Oregon there are many beautiful lakes, Owen Reservoir is one of them. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Southern Cascade Range. La Quinta Inn And Suites Ashland is a pleasant spot to get some rest, and there are other spots here than Owen Reservoir, for example Owens Reservoir. A nice nearby hotel is Econo Lodge Ashland, and why not camp at Fish Lake Resort since you're here at Owen Reservoir. So much entertaining stuff in the Southern  
   Cascade Range, just inspiring. Owen Dam is a delightful place close to Owen Reservoir, and getting to Long Branch from Owen Reservoir is easy.
Having a splendid time at Owen Reservoir is painless. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Mount Ashland Trail; camping is available at Medford Oaks Campark. There are good places to look at along the Bieberstedt Trail; there are plenty of people from Medford here.
All the outdoors enjoyable things
 
               in the neighborhood of Owen Reservoir will keep you coming back again and again. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Big Butte Creek; going for a hike on the Buck Point Trail is always a wonderful adventure. This lake is so wonderful. A good spot in the neighborhood of Owen Reservoir is Gumbo Gulch; there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Rogue River - North Fork. Stanley Reservoir is a good lake in close proximity to Owen Reservoir, and the skiing at Mt. Ashland is good.
This lake is located in the wonderful Southern Cascade Range. During the warm days of summer at Owen Reservoir temperatures are mostly in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Owen Reservoir dip into the 30's. Owen Reservoir is regularly a quite waterless spot; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and July on the other hand is the driest.

If you can ski Mt. Ashland, you can ski anywhere, is a boast locals in southern Oregon have made for 45 years. It is true; Mt. Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts. Twilight skiing on 10 runs is scheduled Thursday through Friday evenings beginning in late-December. The mountain prides itself on a warm and friendly atmosphere.
