All the outdoors enjoyable things in the Central Cascade Range will keep you coming back time and again. Mt. Hood Meadows is a very popular ski area around here; there's whitewater on White River for all you adrenaline junkies. Oval Lake commonly gets a large amount of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest of the months is July. Eightmile Meadow is right here at Oval Lake, and Clinger Campground is a pleasant local campground. Cascade Range. Oval Lake is a location with many visitors from Hood River, and if you came for an overnight stay Nottingham Campground is a good place to camp. Yeah, come up here to the Central Cascade Range for a pleasant time.
Getting to Drop Creek from Oval Lake is trouble-free, and you can go for a hike on the Pine Creek Trail. You truly should have a thing about Oval Lake. Don't leave Oval Lake without first paying a visit to Dog River Springs, and
dry warm beds await you at Comfort Suites Hood River. For the period of the warm days of summer at Oval Lake highs are typically in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with
highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Oval Lake sink into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Lookout Mountain Trail is always a splendid adventure; Best Western
Hood River Inn is a fine place to get some rest. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Central Cascade Range. Cooper Spur has pleasant slopes and a friendly staff, and there are some fine whitewater spots on White River.
