Mt. Hood Meadows is a very popular ski area around here; there's whitewater on White River for all you adrenaline junkies. Oval Lake commonly gets a large amount of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest of the months is July. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are in fact abundant here at Oval Lake. Don't leave Oval Lake without       first going for a hike along the Badger Creek Trail, and of course, this is a nice area for folks who like lakes, Jean Lake is a lake in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful. Eightmile Meadow is right here at Oval Lake, and Clinger Campground is a pleasant local campground. At Oval Lake you can make out Cold Point, and you're in all probability keen on lakes, Badger Lake is one of those close by. Oval Lake is one of the lakes here in the Central                  Cascade Range. Oval Lake is a location with many visitors from Hood River, and if you came for an overnight stay Nottingham Campground is a good place to camp. Yeah, come up here to the Central Cascade Range for a pleasant time. Getting to Drop Creek from Oval Lake is trouble-free, and you can go for a hike on the Pine Creek Trail.
