All year is a fine time in the Central Cascade Range if you adore the outdoors. While you're here at Oval Lake it's a magnificent idea to stop at Eightmile Meadow; White River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by. Oval Lake regularly gets a good deal of rain; December is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. The warmest time of the year at Oval Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and the overnight is rather chillier of course, commonly in the 50's.
