This lake is so wonderful. And that's not all you can do here in the Central Cascade Range. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Marion Creek; one of the main features of the surroundings of Olallie Lake is Olallie Butte. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps are interesting places and Cornpatch Meadow       near Olallie Lake is no exception, and do take a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail - section 22. So much exciting stuff in the Central Cascade Range, just inspiring. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Fish Lake Trail; get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Collawash River. Lemiti Campground is a wonderful campground nearby; Head Lake is a great lake close by. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool stuff the area close to                  Olallie Lake has to offer. If you came for an overnight stay Trout Lake Campground is a magnificent location to camp, and lakes are such peaceful sites, why not take a look at Mangriff Lake. For the period of the summer, highs commonly are in the 70's at Olallie Lake while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Olallie Lake. Olallie Lake is a reasonably wet place typically with much rain; most of the rain falls during December, and July on the other hand is the driest.
