Many people like to go to Muskrat Lake. Man, is there loads of amusing things to do in the Central Cascade Range. Camping at Muskrat Lake is glorious fun, East Lake Resort and RV Parks is a glorious local campground. Going for a hike on the Winopee Lake Trail is always a good adventure, and whitewater paddling is wonderful on Deschutes River. Muskrat Lake is a relatively wet place frequently with a great deal of precipitation; most of the rain falls during December,

The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Muskrat Lake while night lows are commonly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's while Muskrat Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in the 20's. Muskrat Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Cascade Range. Pass since you're here, and there are splendid places to look at along the Snowshoe Lake Trail.
If you adore the outdoors, you'll love Muskrat Lake. You can never get enough of the nice skiing at Mt. Bachelor, and you can go for
a hike on the Mud Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Muskrat Lake is a great place to camp, Upper Campground is a great place; a brilliant nearby hotel is Woodsman Country Lodge. Paddling on Horse Creek is so much fun, and Big Finger Lake is a pleasant lake close by.
