Custom Search     Muckney Lake     Bird watching at it's best. Yellow wing and red wing black birds nest in the tule reeds of this little lake into the middle of August. Ducks nest on the banks in Spring. It is still half full, 40 acres in late summer. In early Spring you will find the lake full at 80 acres if normal rain has fallen during the winter.
