There's so much to do here at Mosquito Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sevenmile Marsh Campground is a pleasant location for that, and Cold Spring is an inspiring place to stop at during your stay. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Mosquito Lake has to offer, you can camp at Hemlock Lake Campground, and don't leave Mosquito Lake without first going for       a hike along the Cold Spring Trail. Now, you may imagine that's loads but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Southern Cascade Range. You're sure to bump into some nice people from Klamath Falls here. This lake is so wonderful. This is a good vicinity for people who like lakes. Lake Land is a lake close by; the Red Lake Trail offers hiking at its best. And if that's not enough there's plenty more enjoyable stuff to do in the Southern Cascade                  Range. Nearby lakes? Sure, Deep Lake is in the vicinity of Mosquito Lake; there's good hiking along the Nannie Creek Trail. Mosquito Lake is a beautiful lake in the Southern Cascade Range. All through the summer, highs generally are in the 60's at Mosquito Lake with nighttime lows in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Mosquito Lake. Crater Lake National Park is a tremendous local destination here at Mosquito Lake, and on a gorgeous day you acquire a great view of Imagination Peak from Mosquito Lake.
