Why not pop by close by Harland Slough while you're here at Morgan Lake, and Morgan Brothers Dam is an exciting thing to check out. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Best Western Dallas Inn & Suites is a brilliant choice, and Mount Baldy is gorgeous and can be made out from here. All through the months of summer at Morgan Lake highs are usually in the 80's, and through summer       nights temperatures are in the 40's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's while Morgan Lake overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 30's. All the water falling down from the sky makes Morgan Lake a wet place; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month is July. A great close by hotel is Riverside Inn & Suites. There's so much to do here at Morgan Lake that you need to camp here for a while,                  Ash Creek Mobile Park is a fine spot for that. Do check out Boeder Pond right next door to Morgan Lake, it's a picturesque lake, and there's whitewater on Mill Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do right next door to Morgan Lake.
