There's so much to do here at Moose Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Mc Kenzie River Trailer/rv Court is a good place for that.       Moose Lake frequently gets lots of rain; the wettest month of the year is typically December, that's the one that rains the most, and July is the month with the least moisture. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Central Cascade Range is great! There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Quartzville Creek, and you'll discover a delightful lake called Gordon Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Moose Lake you'll possibly meet some folks                  from Albany-Lebanon; while you're here, you could also have a look at picturesque Lost Lake. Summertime at Moose Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Moose Lake tend to be in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Now, you may think that's a heap but there's even more fun things to do here in the Central Cascade Range. Good hiking is available along the Three Creek Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Canyon Creek. And if that's not sufficient, there's heaps more to do in the vicinity of Moose Lake.
