    The beauty of Monogram Lakes is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Really delightful skiing awaits you at Mt. Ashland; since you're here, you could also explore scenic Kettle Lake. From a rainfall point of view Monogram Lakes is a rather common site; the month with most of the rain is December; the driest month is July. At Monogram Lakes through the summertime highs are in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. Through  
   the winter highs are regularly in the 40's while Monogram Lakes overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's.
You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Siskiyou Mountains. If the weather is splendid here at Monogram Lakes, you can go for a hike along the Mount Ashland Trail, and during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Medford for sure. Lake Creek flows through this neighborhood, and there
 
               is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Bear Creek Trail. This place, Monogram Lakes, it completely has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Jack Flat is a striking place any time of year, and Monogram Lakes is in the vicinity of Bear Gulch which is undeniably worth checking out.
Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Windsor Inn, and the Copper Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. At Monogram Lakes you can see Big Red Mountain, and a magnificent location to camp here at Monogram Lakes is Oregon Roundup Resort. Monogram Lakes is located in the Siskiyou Mountains.
But wait, there's more to do right next door to Monogram Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is wonderful on Klamath River, and Kerby Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could go to. That right there is a lot of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Siskiyou Mountains has it all. Monogram Lakes is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Jackson wellsprings is a wonderful local campground; if you need a site to stay La Quinta Inn And Suites Ashland is a fine choice.

If you can ski Mt. Ashland, you can ski anywhere, is a boast locals in southern Oregon have made for 45 years. It is true; Mt. Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts. Twilight skiing on 10 runs is scheduled Thursday through Friday evenings beginning in late-December. The mountain prides itself on a warm and friendly atmosphere.
