    Modoc Reservoirs is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. So many entertaining things to do here at Modoc Reservoirs, too great to be true. Take a hike on the Chicago Trail, and while you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Medford. During the months of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Modoc Reservoirs with night lows in the 40's. Highs throughout the wintertime are typically in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight  
   here at Modoc Reservoirs.
While you're here at Modoc Reservoirs, you could also pop by scenic Modoc Pond, and going for a hike along the Tison Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. Upper Table Rock is simple to spot from Modoc Reservoirs; a tremendous place for whitewater paddling is Rogue River. If you can ski Mt. Ashland, you can ski anywhere, is a boast locals in southern Oregon have made for 45 years. It is true; Mt. Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts. Twilight skiing on 10 runs is scheduled Thursday through Friday evenings beginning in late-December. The mountain prides itself on a warm and friendly atmosphere.
