Mint Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. There's some flowing water nearby, Martin Creek is a stream you can explore while here, and during your spree here you'll meet some people from Portland-Vancouver-Beaverton for sure. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Mint Lake, and the nighttime is slightly colder of course, regularly in the 50's. Daytime highs through the       wintertime are in the 40's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Mint Lake tend to be in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. There is a tremendous hiking trail in the neighborhood of Mint Lake called the Pine Crest Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Molalla River offers some great whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Glide down the rapids of Clackamas River in a kayak. Milo Mciver State Park is a great local campground, and Briscoe                  Reservoir is a good lake close by. So much fun stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range, not sufficient time. Dry warm beds await you at Clackamas Inn & Suites, and if you came for an overnight stay Clackamette RV Park is a good location to camp. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Mint Lake is great! If you need a location to stay Hampton Inn Portland/Clackamas is a delightful choice, and Mompano Dam is a lovely place, definitely worth checking out. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Central Cascade Range. Enjoy a round of golf at Oregon City Golf Club at Lone Oak not far from Mint Lake, and there are other sites here than Mint Lake, for example Cedar Creek Reservoir.
