Minear Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Rodeway Inn Medford is a magnificent choice, and why not camp at Millpond Campground while you're here at Minear Reservoir. Hanley Creek is a stream that you may run into while you're here, and Bel Air RV and Mobile Park is a splendid local campground. That right there is lots of exciting things already but it goes on, the Siskiyou Mountains

| | has it all. Hiking along the Mount Ashland Trail is glorious fun, and there are plenty of folks from Medford here at Minear Reservoir. Minear Reservoir is a good site of typical rain; December is the month that gets the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. Reservoir overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. Goodrich Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and dry warm beds await you at Cedar Lodge Motor Inn. Minear Reservoir is a beautiful
lake in the Siskiyou Mountains. Be careful coming to the Siskiyou Mountains, you might not ever wanna return home again. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rogue River,
and Dark Hollow is a wonderful location to spend some time. If only every spot had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great world it would be. If you get bored of Minear Reservoir, you could also stop at nearby Medford Forest
Nursery Reservoir; if you're here you can play some golf at Stewart Meadows Golf Course & Driving Range. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Mt. Ashland is good.

Mt. Ashland
 | 17 miles away 3 PHOTOS If you can ski Mt. Ashland, you can ski anywhere, is a boast locals in southern Oregon have made for 45 years. It is true; Mt. Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts. Twilight skiing on 10 runs is scheduled Thursday through Friday evenings beginning in late-December. The mountain prides itself on a warm and friendly atmosphere.
