Beverly Beach State Park
 | 12 miles away 1 PHOTO ... Yaquina Head Lighthouse... Amust see! We climbed all the way to the top and looked out over the ocean and what a view. We saw all kinds of wildlife while camping at Beverly Beach State Park: raccoons they came right up to us waiting for us to feed them and a beaver carrying a tree limb gave us a real spook!

The next morning we were making coffee and waiting for it to perk (a very slow way to make coffee) and the chipmunks were throwing pine cones at us from the tree tops and they actually hit me with one. Then they come down from the trees while we were drinking our coffee and gath... |
Coyote Rock RV Resort and Marina
 | 15 miles away We'll be back! We loved the location, the setting (as nice or nicer than any nearby state park), the amenities, the hosts and the other campers! We rented a boat twice and really LOVED the crabbing package. Recommend the spots closer to the river :) ... We love this campground and have used it numerous times. Good fishing, good campgrounds and the greatest hosts and employees. Close to shopping, and many things to do. Full hookups and will accomodate larger rv's.... |
