| | summertime highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. During the winter highs are generally in the 40's, and nighttime lows during the wintertime for Merriman Reservoir tend to be in the 20's.

This lake is located in the wonderful Siskiyou Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take
a refreshing hike along the Bear Creek Trail; the summit of Dunn Butte can be distinguished from Merriman Reservoir. Looking for something in the vicinity of Merriman Reservoir? Emigrant Lake is close at hand; Clayton Creek is close
to Merriman Reservoir and is always a bliss to check out.

It is very arid here at Merriman Reservoir generally; most of the rain falls during December while July is commonly the driest month.
