A visit to Memaloose Lake is always a good idea. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in close proximity to Memaloose Lake. The Roosevelt Way offers hiking at its best, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Oakridge Inn is a good place to spend a night or two. Huckleberry Mountain is easy to spot from Memaloose Lake; a quick journey to Hemlock Creek is positively a great idea. A lake

| | nearby is Blair Lake. There's so much to do here at Memaloose Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Oakridge RV Park is a good location for that. Lots of precipitation falls at Memaloose Lake; November is the wettest month with most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. Pass has wonderful slopes and a friendly staff. Be careful coming to the Central Cascade Range, you might not ever want to return home again. Christy Creek is a tremendous whitewater spot right next door to Memaloose Lake; why
not take a refreshing hike along the Squaw Butte Trail. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Willamette River - North Fork of Middle Fork. The warmest time of
the year brings highs in the 80's to Memaloose Lake. Through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Memaloose Lake are in the 30's. This lake
is so wonderful. If you get bored of Memaloose Lake, you could also stop at close by Huckleberry Lake, and Memaloose Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Oakridge Mobile Home Park is a pleasant local campground.
