If you like lakes and you're in this part of Oregon you can check out Memaloose Lake. Memaloose Lake usually gets much rain; the wettest month of the year is usually December, that's the one that rains the most while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. All through the summer at Memaloose Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. During the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 40's while

| | Memaloose Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in the 30's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Central Cascade Range. You can run the rapids of Clackamas River in the neighborhood of Memaloose Lake, and there's tremendous hiking along the South Fork Mountain Trail. Stay the night at Silver Fox RV Park, and the summit of South Fork Mountain can be distinguished from Memaloose Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You feel that's sufficient? | |

Just getting warmed up. Go for a hike on the High Camp Trail, and do have a look at Williams Lake, it's a pretty lake. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Memaloose Lake has to offer, you can camp at Northwest Land
Management, and Cougar Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Clackamas River - South Fork for all you adrenaline junkies, and great hiking is available along the East Mountain
Trail. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the Central Cascade Range will keep you coming back over and over. A good close by hotel is Resort at the Mountain; if you need a place to stay Best Western Sandy Inn is a good choice.
