And that's not all you can do here at McGuire Reservoir. A journey to Walker Flat revitalizes the spirit, and a good close by hotel is Best Western The Vineyard Inn Motel. McGuire Reservoir gets a great deal of water; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily December, that's the one that rains the most; July is when it's the driest. So much cool stuff to do here in the Coast Ranges, too good to be true.       McGuire Reservoir is a great place to visit for more than one day, Fan Creek Campground is a great place to camp nearby, and if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Trask River - North Fork. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of Snap Point can be spotted from McGuire Reservoir, and Dovre Campground is a pleasant local campground. While you're here at McGuire Reservoir, you could also stop at striking Such Joja Reservoir,                  and McGuire Dam is a wonderful location, positively worth visiting. This lake is one of the great places here in the Coast Ranges. All year is a good time in the Coast Ranges if you have a thing about the outdoors. Visit Steep Creek if you're here at McGuire Reservoir, and if you need a location to stay Paragon Motel is a glorious choice. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is wonderful on Wilson River - South Fork, and you'll discover a striking lake called Walker Creek Reservoir. Summer at McGuire Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's.
