The beauty of McGuire Reservoir is reason enough to stop by. This lake is located in the wonderful Coast Ranges. McGuire Reservoir sees pretty high levels of precipitation; during December this area sees the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. McGuire Reservoir is not far at all from Corvallis, and you can run the rapids of Marys River.
All year is a tremendous time in the Coast Ranges if you fancy the outdoors. A great place for whitewater

| | paddling close to McGuire Reservoir is Mill Creek, and if you want a little side journey, try Cooper Hollow. Just can't get enough of McGuire Reservoir. McGuire Reservoir is a good location to camp, Driftwood - Siuslaw National Forest is a good location, and after a long day outdoors Riverside Inn & Suites is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two.

is a gorgeous stream that is worth checking out. So many fun things to do here in the Coast Ranges, too great to be true. If you need a place to stay Best Western Dallas Inn & Suites is a brilliant choice, and camping at McGuire
Reservoir is perfect fun, Ash Creek Mobile Park is a perfect local campground. The warmest time of the year at McGuire Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 70's with night lows in the 40's. Highs through the winter are commonly
in the 40's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at McGuire Reservoir dip into the 30's.
