Maude Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Maude Lake is a wet place that gets lots of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest month of the year is July. Yeah, come up here to the Central Cascade Range for a nice time. Do set aside some time for Marion Flats if you're here at Maude Lake, and Turpentine Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit. | | not ever want to return home again. If you came for an overnight stay Tombstone Prairie Campground is a glorious spot to camp; Duffy Butte is clearly visible from Maude Lake. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. Go for a hike on the Pine Ridge Trail, and a great nearby hotel is Lodge at Suttle Lake. Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. Trout Lake Campground is a nice campground nearby, and if you've had enough of Maude Lake, Lula Lake is close by. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking
is available along the Blue Lake Trail; charming scenery and fine skiing is what you get at Hoodoo. Best Western Ponderosa Lodge is a good site to get some rest. Nearby lakes? Sure, Monty Lake is close to Maude Lake, and in the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Santiam River - North.
