Martins Lake is a nice place to visit for more than one day, Carter Lake - Siuslaw National Forest is a nice place to camp nearby, of course you could also stop at Harkens Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. Martins Lake gets a lot of water; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain; July meanwhile is the driest month. Martins Lake is one of the lakes here in the       Coast Ranges. During the warmest time of the year at Martins Lake highs are ordinarily in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Highs all through the winter are commonly in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Martins Lake. Yeah, come up here to the Coast Ranges for a delightful time. Oakvilla Mobile Home Park is a glorious local campground, and Super 8 Corvallis is a nice spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.                  Here at Martins Lake you'll most likely meet some people from Corvallis; Oliver Butte is gorgeous and can be seen from here. All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the Coast Ranges will keep you coming back persistently. Nearby lakes? Sure, Oliver Lake is near Martins Lake, and if you come at the right time of year, Marys River offers some glorious whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Soar down the rapids of Willamette River in a kayak; golf can be played at Diamond Woods Golf Course.
