A visit to Lymp Reservoir is always a good idea. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff truly is bountiful here in the Central Cascade Range. Some close by water includes Bear Creek, and why not head up to Mt. Hood Ski Bowl and strap some skis to your feet. Good hiking is available along the Arrah Wanna Trail, and you can run the rapids of Sandy River. This lake is so wonderful. There's fine hiking along the Bonanza Trail, and Whispering Woods (Vri) is a great place to get some rest.

nice whitewater of Zigzag River. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lymp Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Pioneer Tollgate Campground. Lymp Reservoir is a wet site that gets a large amount of rain; through the
month of December you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is July.
For the duration of the long summer days, highs commonly are in the 70's at Lymp Reservoir with overnight lows in the 50's. Throughout
the winter the highs are regularly in the 40's with temperatures at Lymp Reservoir dipping down into the 30's through winter nights.
