If you are traveling by, why not stop by Lymp Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. The warmest time of the year at Lymp Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 70's while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with temperatures at Lymp Reservoir dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more fun things to do here in the Central Cascade Range. There

| | are tremendous places to look at along the Arrah Wanna Trail; you can go for a hike on the Bonanza Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Sandy River; why not camp at Mount Hood Village if you're here at Lymp Reservoir. And if that's not sufficient there's a load more exciting stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. If you need a site to stay Resort at the Mountain is a glorious choice, and Mt. local ski area. And that's not all you can do here at Lymp Reservoir. Going for a hike on the Plaza Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and camping at Lymp Reservoir is nice fun, Pioneer Tollgate Campground is a nice local campground.
Lymp Reservoir gets a lot of water; December is when you get the most rain here, and July on the other hand is the driest. Whispering Woods (Vri) is a great spot to get some rest, and get soaked paddling on Zigzag River. Lymp Reservoir
is one of the lakes here in the Central Cascade Range.
Why not take a look at close by Bear Creek if you're here at Lymp Reservoir, and the slopes of Timberline Lodge are so inviting nobody can resist.
