Many people like to go to Lower Lake. And that's not all there is to do here in the Central Cascade Range. A tremendous vista of beautiful Double Peaks is available from Lower Lake. There's so much to do here at Lower Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Trout Lake Campground is a splendid place for that. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful.

| | you can stay the night at Lemiti Campground. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Lower Lake while overnight lows are commonly in the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are usually in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Lower Lake. And that's not all you can do here at Lower Lake. Gotta ski! Hoodoo is a splendid site to do that; you can go for a hike on the Cub Creek Trail.

Range. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Marion Creek, needless to say you could also explore Gifford Lakes since you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something right next door to Lower Lake? Finley
Lake is in the vicinity, and don't leave Lower Lake without first going for a hike along the Fish Lake Trail. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Collawash River, and there's fine hiking along the Pacific Crest Trail - section

Lower Lake is a wet location that gets much rain; December is the wettest month with most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest.
