Lower Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. A swamp like Cornpatch Meadow close to Lower Lake has lots of out of the ordinary things to see, and you can stay the night at Trout Lake Campground. The warmest time of the year at Lower Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's, and overnight lows at Lower Lake during the wintertime mostly dip into the 30's.

| | Be careful coming to the Central Cascade Range, you might not ever want to return back home again. Double Peaks is clearly visible from Lower Lake, and Collawash River has a perfect whitewater paddling spot close by.
This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Hoodoo is great, and in the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Marion Creek. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Lower Lake mostly gets | |

much rain; December is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is July.
That right there is a load of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Central Cascade Range has it all. There is a pleasant hiking
trail close to Lower Lake called the Fish Lake Trail. Going for a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail - section 22 is always a splendid adventure, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Cigar
Lake. So many cool things right next door to Lower Lake, definitely phenomenal. On a brilliant day at Lower Lake you can take a hike along the Cub Creek Trail, and Lemiti Campground is a perfect campground here.
