Go to Lost Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Summertime highs at Lost Lake regularly tend to be in the 80's while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Lost Lake. After a long day outdoors Safari Inn is a brilliant site to spend a night or two; there are plenty of people from Roseburg here. This lake is one of the great places here in the Coast Ranges.

| | All the water falling down from the sky makes Lost Lake a wet site; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain; July is when it's the driest. A magnificent place for whitewater paddling near Lost Lake is Umpqua River. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Lost Lake is perfect fun, Bear Creek Campground is a perfect local campground, and if you need a location to stay Sweet Breeze Inn is a tremendous choice.
