Long Water Holes is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. At Long Water Holes through the summer highs are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Long Water Holes are in the 10's. At Long Water Holes you don’t see much rainfall; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; July meanwhile is the driest

Rome RV and Cafe is a delightful campground nearby, and while you're here, you could also explore pretty Blevins Reservoir. Cliff's RV Park is a magnificent local campground; a pleasant journey to White Mule Flat is a fine way to spend an afternoon. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart beating on the fine whitewater of Owyhee River, and do go to Deadman Water Hole, it's a lovely lake.
