Camping at Main Eagle Bridge Campground is always a pleasant experience; Long Lake is right by the Copper Creek Trail. The top of Minam Peak is easily spotted from Long Lake, and since you're here, you could also explore delightful Swamp Lake. So many exciting things to do here in the Wallowa Mountains, too magnificent to be true. You'll discover a striking lake called Steamboat Lake near Long Lake. Long Lake       is located in the Wallowa Mountains. Just can't get enough of Long Lake. A nice spot to camp here at Long Lake is Nez Perce Trailer and RV Park, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Bowman Trail. Throughout the summertime, highs commonly are in the 80's at Long Lake, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 30's with temperatures at Long Lake dipping down into the 20's during                  winter nights.
