Log Pond is a good site of common rain; during the month of December you get the most rain around here; July is the month with the least moisture. Log Pond is not far at all from Salem, and a brilliant site for whitewater paddling is Molalla River. This lake is so wonderful. Isberg Park is a wonderful campground nearby, and do       take a look at Comer Creek if you're here at Log Pond. You can run the rapids of Butte Creek in the neighborhood of Log Pond, and a lake nearby is Dobbes Lake. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Log Pond is so good! Dry warm beds await you at Oregon Garden Resort; Canby Country Inn is a nice place to get some rest. All through the long summer days, highs typically are in the 80's at Log Pond while overnight lows are usually in the 50's.
