Why not camp at Silver Falls State Park if you're here at Loes Reservoirs, and there are plenty of people from Salem here. Evans Valley is a magnificent site to explore nearby, and there are some delightful whitewater spots on Silver Creek. A fine nearby hotel is Rodeway Inn & Suites; a lake nearby is Silver       Creek Reservoir. Man, is there a lot of entertaining things to do in the neighborhood of Loes Reservoirs. If you need a site to stay Oregon Garden Resort is a great choice, and Loes Reservoirs is not the only spot close by, Valley View Reservoir is a close by lake. All through the long summer days at Loes Reservoirs temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's                  overnight here at Loes Reservoirs. This lake is so wonderful. The yearly precipitation here at Loes Reservoirs is about average; the month with most of the rain is December while July is mostly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
