The top of Indian Spring Butte is easily made out from Little Strawberry Lake, and lakes are such serene places, why not take a look at High Lake. During the summertime, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Little Strawberry Lake; during summer       nights temperatures are in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's; night lows at Little Strawberry Lake throughout the wintertime commonly drop into the 20's. Good hiking is available along the Slide Basin Trail; you can stay the night at Indian Springs Campground. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Blue Mountains.
