Lish Lake is always a pleasure to visit. The peak of Red Mountain can be seen from Lish Lake, and camping at Lish Lake is great fun, Meadow Creek Campground is a great local campground. Throughout the warmest time of the year, highs commonly are in the 60's at Lish Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. This lake is so wonderful. There are some great whitewater spots on Smith River - North Fork, and the Chetco Divide Trail is a good hiking trail close by. So many enjoyable things to do here at Lish Lake, too great to be true. Upper Chetco Trail.
You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the Coast Ranges has to offer. If you need a spot to stay Harbor Inn Motel of Brookings is a magnificent choice. Lish Lake is one of the lakes here
in the Coast Ranges. A large amount of rainfall falls at Lish Lake; December is the wettest month with most rain while July is ordinarily the driest month.
