The Wyeth Trail offers hiking at its best; a nice sight of striking Shellrock Mountain is available. At Lindsey Pond throughout the long summer days highs are in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Lindsey Pond. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Central Cascade       Range. Whitewater paddling is good on Hood River - West Fork, and do take a hike on the Brush Creek Trail. Lindsey Pond frequently gets much rain; all through December this area sees the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. Lindsey Pond is one of the lakes here in the Central Cascade Range. So many amusing things to do in the Central Cascade Range, not enough time. Green Point Lower Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could check out; if                  you're here you have to have a look at Collins Point. This lake is so wonderful. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Lindsey Pond. Mt. Hood Meadows is a nice local ski area, and let's not forget Cabin Creek which is a stream that you may run into while here. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff truly is bountiful here in the Central Cascade Range. Lindsey Pond is right by the Pacific Crest Trail - section 23, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Suites Hood River.
