Lindsay Lake is a beautiful lake in the Coast Ranges. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Coast Ranges. All year is a magnificent time in the Coast Ranges if you fancy the outdoors. Big Eddy County Park is a splendid campground nearby; do have a look at Hawkins Lake, it's a wonderful lake. Lindsay Lake is a pretty wet place mostly with a great deal of rainfall; the       wettest month of the year is typically December, that's the one that rains the most while July is generally the driest month. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do next to Lindsay Lake. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Nehalem River, and dry warm beds await you at Longview Travelodge. Whitewater paddling is fine on Rock Creek, and there's some flowing water nearby, Battle Creek                  is a stream you can check out during your stay. Throughout the months of summer at Lindsay Lake highs are regularly in the 70's while night lows are frequently in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Lindsay Lake dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. Vernonia Golf Club is a wonderful golf course close by, and Clatsop State Forest is a great forest area nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
