If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Coast Ranges. Get wet paddling on Rock Creek; if you need a place to stay Northwoods Inn Motel is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Big Eddy County Park, and dry warm beds await you at Clatskanie River Inn. You assume that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Paddling on Nehalem River       is so much fun, and it's a nice idea to stop by Battle Creek. These mountains rock, just explore all the cool things to do in the Coast Ranges. The trees of Clatsop State Forest are a brilliant source of shade on hot summer days, and if you're a golfer then a perfect close by course is Vernonia Golf Club. This lake is located in the wonderful Coast Ranges. Lindsay Lake gets a lot of water; December is the wettest month with most rain; July is the month                  with the least moisture. High temperatures at Lindsay Lake during the summer are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are mostly in the 40's while Lindsay Lake overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 30's.
