Indian Hollow is a great location to check out, and                  there is a magnificent hiking trail nearby called the Fifteenmile Creek Trail. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. Liechti Pond Number One is not the only spot nearby, Kelly Cistern is a nearby lake. There's so much to do here at Liechti Pond Number One that you need to camp here for a while, Memaloose State Park is a great place for that. This lake is so wonderful. There are some great whitewater spots on Klickitat River, and Mill Creek Falls is an inspiring place to stop at while you're here. Liechti Pond Number One is a good location of typical rain; the wettest month of the year is generally December, that's the one that rains the most while July is usually the driest month. And that's not all there is to do here in the Central Cascade Range. You could also explore Liechti Pond Number Two if you're here at Liechti Pond Number One; it's close by, and if you need a location to stay Cousins Country Inn is a delightful choice.
