Don't leave Leverenz Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Round Meadow Trail, and why not pop by Ukiah Sewage Lagoon Dam if you're here. Leverenz Reservoir is a location that is pretty arid commonly; November is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Mountains. That right there is a       heap of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Blue Mountains has it all. Go for a hike on the Peep Creek Trail; camping at Meadowbrook Lodge and Overnight Park is always a fine experience. This lake is so wonderful. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things in the Blue Mountains. While you're here at Leverenz Reservoir, you could also go to striking Weissenfluh Reservoir, and you'll come across a lovely lake called Ukiah Sewage                  Lagoon. This lake is so wonderful. John Day River - North Fork is a good whitewater spot close to Leverenz Reservoir, and if you came to camp Trough Creek Campground is a pleasant place to do that. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Leverenz Reservoir with nighttime lows in the 30's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures at Leverenz Reservoir dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. There's good hiking along the Bear Camp Trail, and a tremendous location is Randall Canyon.
