Stay the night at North Wickiup Campground, and the top of Lemish Butte is easily observed from Lemish Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lemish Lake a wet location; most of the rain falls during December while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. For the duration of the warm days of summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Lemish Lake, and through the night it cools down to the       40's. All through the winter the highs are generally in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Lemish Lake through the wintertime regularly sink into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. A good close by hotel is Woodsman Country Lodge. So many exciting things to do in the Central Cascade Range, not enough time. A tour to Clover Meadow revives the soul; Lemish Lake is a good location to camp, East Lake Resort and RV Parks is a good location. Lemish Lake is one of                  the lakes here in the Central Cascade Range. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! Lemish Lake is unbeatable! Good hiking is available along the Cultus Lake Trail, and a journey to Benz Spring will fill your soul with great feelings. Go for a hike on the Winopee Lake Trail, and a splendid place for whitewater paddling is Deschutes River. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Lemish Lake without first going for a hike along the Snowshoe Lake Trail, and great skiing awaits you at Willamette Pass. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Central Cascade Range. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Mt.
