Do stop by Lehman Reservoir while you're in this part of Oregon. You can run the rapids of Umpqua River - South close to Lehman Reservoir, and the South Fork Trail is a pleasant hiking trail nearby. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Coast Ranges. There's so much to do here at Lehman Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Grants Pass/Sunny Valley KOA is a good spot for that, and if you need a site to stay

| | Glendale Inn is a delightful choice. This lake is so wonderful. Since you're here at Lehman Reservoir why not take a look at Bummer Gulch, and there is a splendid hiking trail nearby called the Grayback Trail. Lehman Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Sunny Valley Koa Kampground is a good local campground; at Lehman Reservoir you always meet someone from Grants Pass. a great globe it would be. Dry warm beds await you at Sunny Valley Motel; get your pulse rate up on the wonderful whitewater of Umpqua River - South. The yearly precipitation here at Lehman Reservoir is about average; the month with
most of the rain is December, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Red Mountain Trail is always a nice adventure, and a lake nearby is Secesh Reservoir. This lake is
one of the great places here in the Coast Ranges. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Lehman Reservoir. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 40's,
and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Lehman Reservoir. That right there is a heap of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Coast Ranges has it all. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Cougar Spring, and the summit of Post Mountain can be distinguished from Lehman Reservoir.
