Oregon has many beautiful lakes and Leech Lake is one of them. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. The Lake Way offers hiking at its best, and Upper Campground is a delightful campground here. At Leech Lake throughout the days of summer highs are in the 80's; the nighttime is rather cooler of course, frequently in the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Leech Lake. Yeah, come up

| | here to the Central Cascade Range for a delightful time. Take a hike on the Mud Lake Trail, and Reserve Meadow is a good site to check out.
Here at Leech Lake you can make out Lucky Butte; you'll discover a delightful lake called Boot Lake. This lake is so wonderful. All the outdoors fun stuff in the Central Cascade Range will keep you coming back persistently. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Horse Creek, and skiing at Willamette Pass is one of those things you just ought to do. The Central Cascade Range
scenery is always beautiful. Leech Lake gets a lot of water; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain; the driest month is July.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Leech Lake is great fun, East Lake
Resort and RV Parks is a great local campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Deschutes River offers some fine whitewater.
