Lava Camp Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Chief Joseph Island is a good place to check out, and if you come at the right time of year, Marion Creek offers some brilliant whitewater. Lava Camp Lake in fact is in the middle of a scenic outdoors paradise. Not far from Lava Camp Lake, you'll come across Matthieu Lakes which is a lovely lake; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Hoodoo is reasonably near. This lake is so wonderful. | | Belknap Trail. There's so much to do here at Lava Camp Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Suttle Lake Resort and Marina is a nice site for that. Throughout the warm months, highs frequently are in the 70's at Lava Camp Lake. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. is good enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Tamarack is a good local campground. Lava Camp Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. The Millican Crater Trail offers hiking at its best, and soar down the rapids of Squaw
Creek in a kayak. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the area in the neighborhood of Lava Camp Lake has to offer.
