The Coast Ranges scenery is always beautiful. For the duration of the warm days of summer here at Lamer Pond, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's while night lows are ordinarily in the 40's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Lamer Pond temperatures drop to the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if       it's for you then we recommend Mill Creek, and a beautiful lake like Monmouth Reservoir is a great site to go to. Now, you may believe that's a lot but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the Coast Ranges. If you come at the right time of year, Marys River offers some magnificent whitewater, and here at Lamer Pond you can make out Cupids Knoll. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! The Coast Ranges is unbeatable! Camping is available                  at Ash Creek Mobile Park. The high level of precipitation makes Lamer Pond a reasonably wet place; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain while July is generally the driest month. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Corvallis-On The River, Or; golf can be played at Dallas Golf Links. This place, Lamer Pond, it just has so much outdoors cool stuff. Why not camp at Eola Bend Rv Park while you're here at Lamer Pond, and Lamer Pond is not far at all from Corvallis.
