You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Southern Cascade Range. Stay the night at Fish Lake Resort; there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Big Butte Creek. Mud Creek is a delightful place to take a look at; in all probability you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Lake Creek Reservoir is just a very short distance away. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lakecreek Reservoir; Buck Point Trail is a splendid local trail, and you're in all probability into lakes, Bradshaw Reservoir Number Two is one of those close by. Lakecreek Reservoir is pretty waterless frequently; through December this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is July. Dam while you're here; Lakecreek Reservoir is right by the Mount Ashland Trail. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ASHLAND is a fine spot to spend a night or two; Panther Gulch is a great site to spend some
time. Just can't get enough of Lakecreek Reservoir. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Rogue River - North Fork; during your tour here you'll meet some people from Medford for sure.
That right there is heaps of amusing things already but it goes on, the Southern Cascade Range has it all. Windmill Inn And Suites Of Ashland is a perfect site to get some rest, and you can never get enough of the pleasant skiing
at Mt. Ashland. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant visit to Lake Creek Flats is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon, and the Bieberstedt Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is located in the wonderful Southern Cascade Range.

Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts.
