All the water falling down from the sky makes Lake of the Winds a wet spot; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is July. Through the summer highs here at Lake of the Winds get into the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 40's. All through the winter       highs are usually in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Lake of the Winds. Be careful coming to the Coast Ranges, you might not ever want to return home again. Harrison House Bed and Breakfast is a fine place to get some rest; hey, Alexander Creek is a delightful local stream. But wait, there's more to do close to Lake of the Winds. Whispering Winds Dam is charming and it's next to Lake of the Winds, and camping is available at Corvallis                  Mobile Home Park. People from Corvallis love to come to Lake of the Winds, and Whispering Winds Reservoir is a splendid lake nearby. Lake of the Winds is a beautiful lake in the Coast Ranges. Yeah, come up here to the Coast Ranges for a splendid time. Fort Hoskins Spring is always fun to check out, and a stunning lake like Bonner Lake is a great spot to go to. This lake is so wonderful.
