This lake is so wonderful. Crooked River is a wonderful whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Lake Simtustus. If you don't mind getting
drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Deschutes River, and Lake Simtustus is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Sintustus RV Park is a brilliant local campground. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors,
just come on down to Lake Simtustus. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Pelton Regulating Reservoir, and there's some flowing water close by, Campbell Creek is a stream you can go to during your stay.
